How to Accurately Determine Property Value

As a buyer, you may come across several price ranges for any given piece of property. Take the following into consideration when determining the price of an apartment for sale in JBR:

The view – “full sea view” apartments are generally the most expensive, followed closely by “full and marina views”. Going further down the value chain, we have “partial sea views” and “partial marina views” while some have none at all. There are units that offer a sea as well as marina view while other units offer a partial sea and marina view.
