On Monday, DPG launched over 200 independent villas in response to growing demand in its Mudon community from investors.
The launch was due to the initial sell-out of the first 398 townhouses in the Dubai development last year.
Inspired by Arabic themed designs and courtyard settings, villas in Rahat, the second phase of the Mudon community will consist of three, four and five bedroom properties.
Prices for the villas will start at AED 3 million with plots ranging from 6,700 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq ft.
It will also include leisure and community facilities including cycle routes, jogging paths and children’s play areas.
Community facilities for the future include a school and a 64,000 sq. ft. community centre planned for early 2015. The centre will also host a supermarket, restaurants, a pool and gym, tennis courts, a mosque, a children’s playground, nursery, clinic, and multi-function community hall.
