Dubai Property Market Update 

Since 27th December 2016 to the 8th April 2017, the Dubai Land Department has transferred 14.01 billion Dirhams worth of property, which was accumulated from 4,882 sales across Dubai.  2017 saw a 15% increase in volume from the same period the previous year.

See below a selection of transfers in more detail including any increases or decreases in price per sq ft since my report (26th November 2016 – 26th December 2016)

January 2017 – 1,534 transactions
February 2017 – 1,325 transactions
March 2017 – 1,702 transactions
